We stayed in the Deluxe Seaview Room for six nights, and even though you couldn’t see the ocean, the room was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and all the appliances were in working order. The balcony overlooked the treetops of the garden, which was great viewing in the morning watching the squirrels and birds at work!

The room service was of a high standard. There was not one occasion were we needed to request our room be cleaned. The laundry service was also good!

The only minor negative is the shower pressure was low…. but it wasn’t that much of an issue.

The breakfast, which was included in the price was brilliant…. the buffet and the location couldn’t be better.

We will be staying there again… no doubt.

Highly recommended!!

Check in was pleasant… It is how it should be with greetings and welcome drink and wet towel…
The hotel is not very new but well maintained. The standard rooms where I stayed was right at the end of the hotel grounds and it is 4 storeys up. The climb was a little bit of a hassle but the walk was pleasant. Rooms are small but comes with balcony that overlooks the Kuta beach/sea (if staying in upper floors).

Not bad for the price and convenience.

We have recently returned from nine nights at this excellent hotel. Situated in busy Kuta, across the road from the beach, this hotel lived up to all our expectations. Although the bar, pool and restaurant area seem relatively new, the hotel is of traditional balinese style. This means it has balineses character and charm rather than the facelessness of a larger hotel chain. The gardens are lovely and well tended so even though you are in the heart of Kuta, when you return to your room you are in a calm oasis. We spent most of our holiday either at/in the pool or on the beach. Despite the hotel being relatively full, the pool area was never crowded and we always found a lounger to relax on. Location was ideal for us – we could swim or surf whenever we liked and there were many restaurants, shops, spas, etc within easy walking distance. The breakfasts were an excellent start to the day providing a great variety of fresh food to suit all tastes. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, happy hour was a highlight of our day and the bar and restaurant were always busy and popular. The staff were all friendly, professional and service was never a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again, in fact I am tempted to book for next year. Thanks to all the staff at Kuta Seaview for our wonderful holiday.

Room Tip : With two older kids we booked two rooms and the hotel was able to put us in adjacent rooms. Rooms away from the road and bar will definitely be quieter
