From pick up from the airport by hotel and upon leaving, all staff were friendly and greeted you whenever you passed them. Always a smile on their face which is warm and welcoming. Very nice clean hotel and cleaning room service was ultra fast and very very clean. Airconditioning was great in the room. The room wasn’t hugely big but I already knew that when booking. We got exactly what we asked for when booking (king size bed, not on ground floor and facing pool) The rooftop bar area is where we spent most of the hot day as the breeze was very pleasant and the pool sun lounges were taken up. We would have preferred more shade on the sun lounges as we are not reptiles hehehe but as it is a new building the trees planted along side the pool area require time to grow and fan out. The pool was beautiful, the temperature of the water was warm but not hot but I think this is due to the lack of depth in the water. I am 6 foot and standing up the pool was just above waist height. Ok…. on the down side of this…. The main reception area was very hot as it is open and no air conditioning, which made it a bit annoying when waiting for taxi / pick ups also the sound proofing between walls / floors is quite poor and every door closed was like a door slam and we could hear when other rooms were being cleaned. Just a small grip that didn’t ruin my experience in the hotel but this could have been easily avoided when being built. I was also informed that the wifi will be improved on (however my computer had no problems connecting) but iphones did drop out alot or had trouble connecting. The best reception for wifi is by the pool or in the restaurant. Also a day spa was in the plans to be added to the hotel… which would be fantastic. The restaurant is also not air conditioned which would be a bonus if it was. Breakfast wasn’t too bad either which had variety each day. I’ve had better but also had worse so this is bordering on good/average. Overall, my partner and I were very pleased to stay in this hotel and would consider staying again. Oh also the beds were really comfy!!!

Room Tip : If you like your privacy, don’t choose a ground floor room as there is a sliding door which faces the swimming pool and alot of people walk past, however it is great access to the pool.
Amazing settings, little bit out of the way if your wanting shopping, restaurants + beach all day, but only 5 mins walk away.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when an unexepcted business issue arose, they were great enough to let me use their office to print and fax a document (thanks YaYa!!)
Rooms were good, very clean and fresh, beds were HUGE!! and all you really needed.
Breakfast wasa good spread, egg man was decent, and the food was standard bali buffet!
Only downside was pool area felt a littel cramped, especially once a few people were there, .5m gap extra either side of the pool would be amazing, but what can you do now! Pooland bar staff were great with anything you requested, and make sure you visit the rooftop for an amzing view!!
Wifi was also very good, just upgrade whilst we were there too!
Would stay again, if you dont spend too much time at your hotel then this is perfect!!
