The hotel is right smack in middle of bustling activities in Kuta and minutes from the airport. Rooms although good size are tired and looking worn. Couldn’t get to sleep in the first 2 nights in the rooms I could feel the springs in the bed, goodness. Could do with a nice revamp of the rooms. Towels are also in need of a change. AC wasn’t working very well, even at it’s coolest the rooms are only moderately cooler.
Decent breakfast offering good variety of the usual breakfast foods. Staff are friendly but could do with more training.

Stayed here on my first trip to Bali. The location was great as it is right in the centre of Kuta close to Waterbom park, discovery shopping centre, markets and Stadium sport bar. Rooms were tidy but not 4 star standard as they are a bit dated. The food was not nice. The pool was quiet large but too shaded due to the gardens around the pool.I wouldnt stay here again. There are alot nicer Hotels in Kuta for the same price.

Great location, large hotel with great views towards the beach but…had some unexpected guess in my room. Rats!!! The first (and only) night there, I was sleeping and I heard some noises like some candy wrapper or something was being moved around. turned on the light and didn’t see anything. After looking for a few minutes I saw that the bowl that the hotel provides that has some snacks (chocolate bars, nuts, etc..) to buy had some crumbs inside it. I picked up a chocolate bar and there was a hole in it. So I looked at the bottom of the wall right behind the table where the bowl was and there it was, a rat hole. So I went back to sleep and they went at it all night and (I think) they got on the other double bed beside me and walked around it. I left the light on for the rest of the night and moved to Hard Rock Hotel (great pool) the next day. Never again.

Stayed at Kuta Paradiso with 3 other mums. Had a fantastic time. All staff are very friendly and would assist in any way they could. It’s great to be greeted with welcoming smiles no matter what time of the day or night. Pool was excellent, cleaned daily and very relaxing. Gardens were sprayed for insects every couple of days which is a great way of keeping the mossies at bay.
Breakfast was very relaxing however they really should have a non smoking area for customers to sit, as not too pleasant trying to eat your breakfast with smokers all around you.
Only had the one day of cold water in our shower the other 5 were perfect. Beds are a bit too hard but overall i will be staying in this hotel again in 2 years time with my family so hopefully by then these small hiccups might be rectified.
