9. Guests must use the provided airport transfer vehicle. Guest must also call the hotel at least 24 hour before boarding through contact information which will be received after reservation. All of the guests who stay in the room must be registered.
Refund Policies
1. Refund process take time max 7 business days.
2. The default price for 1 or more nights will be charged if there is a cancellation made less than 10 days before arrival. Fail to arrive in the hotel in the given time will be treated as no show and sometimes the hotel has its own policies for not fully refunding your money due to high season peak between December to January and August to September.
3. checking out late will result in additional charge depending on the availability of the rooms and there is no guarantee for refund. the price for late check out at 18.00 will be charged up to 80% from the price of the room and late check out after 18.00 will be charged 1 night price.

I stayed at this Hotel with my daughter ( 8) , Friend and her Daughter (11) we were very surprised upon arrival as it was better than expected welcoming staff and early check in .. breakfast was amazing with such a huge selection to suit everyone .. beds were very comfortable and being a regular visitor to Bali comfortable beds aren’t always an option and also there is no noise at night .. rooms cleaned daily …. the only issue we did have was our shower flooded into the bathroom with a few maintenance visits being assured it was OK , it wasn’t !! After letting staff no I wasn’t happy they promptly changed our room with no fuss !! I found the Drinks a little more expensive than most places in Bali …
Room Service was very fast and very satisfying , WiFi isn’t Free but the restaurant next door is ..
Location is on the doorstep of many restaurants and right in the heart of Kuta shopping !!
2 mins walk to Waterbomb Park , I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Kuta Paradiso again, it was more than worth the money
