Great one bedroom apartment, very modern, new, clean and spacious. The staff are super helpful, friendly and happy to assist with even the smallest enquiry. We arrived at 12am, and the front desk and porter were fantastic, they took care of everything.
The king size bed is really comfy, the couch is huge and an LCD TV with cable helps the hangover days…
Highly recommend a few nights here, its only 5 minutes away (just $1) from Seminyak’s restaurants, bars and beach.

Room Tip : Go for the one bedroom suite, the villas aren’t very private with most balconies looking straight down onto them…
This is my 3rd time stay at Kokonut Suite and I keep coming back there 🙂
The hotel at Petitenget Street, the heart of Seminyak yet not so close from the center of the crowd so it’s a nice place to have a quality sleep after a tired day exploring Bali. The hotel also provide a free shuttle for around Seminyak but we have to make a reservation a day before.
The rooms are huge and have good view(s), paddy field, pool or a beautiful garden. Each room are equipped with a large couch, dining table and simple kitchen set.
The hotel staffs are so helpful and friendly, the breakfast have a great and unique taste, with different menu every day…thumbs up for the chef 🙂
The spa is worth trying, but unfortunately they only have limited rooms for spa (and usually full booked) so I didn’t have the chance to try on my last visit.
It’s always be a great stay here…you should try!

Room Tip : All rooms are equally great, but they don’t provide elevator…yet it’s only 3 floors 🙂
Not only was the value fantastic in the 7 day deal the hotel staff were friendly and gave great service. In particular I was very impressed with their presentation to me of a cake with lit candles on my birthday. When I asked the staff how they knew they said they saw from the photocopy of my passport that I was having a birthday while staying in the hotel. I felt special and touched by the gesture.
I highly recommend the Kokonut suites hotel.

positive:
1. Good location, close to yummy restaurants as Metis and Cafe Degan
2. Very valuable price as they have big and spacey area both in one or two bedrooms suite
3. Breakfast is average
4. Good service
Negative:
1. They have to put more attention to their bathroom, first bathroom, we had blocked pipe in our bathroom so the waste water couldn’t flow out of the bathtub
2. second bathroom, the water running so slow from the shower… so it took us ages to finish shower and not to mention it was hard to get a right, stable water temperature
**Good thing the 3rd bathroom was the best bathroom we had during our stay, water pressure and temperature is working fine! and no more blocked pipe :)**
3. On our last night we had a room in a corner, so we have lots of windows, the garden spotlight was very disturbing as the roller blind couldn’t function well for a spot light, and we would love to sleep in a dark room to get enough rest.
Overall it was an ok stay, for value that we paid and the staffs were friendly too.
