Stayed here 4 nights. Rooms were good… On arrival we were given ground floor rooms which had 2 single beds…upon request we were given a king bed room immediately by Ketut.
They have 3 restaurants…which are pretty pricey…food was alright, mostly focussed to impress Europeans. Breakfast was inclusive and good… We ate all the time at Laguna restaurant in Bali collection which was 20 min away. Water sports were good, did snorkelling, tubing, para sailing… Massages at the spa were great… All prices were in euros & not in $! Most occupants are from Germany / Russia. Overall an excellent place to relax & rejuvenate

We spend 14 great days at Bali Tropic Resort and Spa, from 14 June 2011 until 28 June 2011.
We had a very nice bungalow with a very big room, a nice bathroom with a great tub and a shower room, also very spacious.
The bungalow had a nice terrace and a great surrounding.
The pool was nice and big enough, the seats were never all taken and you really need a nice pool in Bali due to the low tide which can be really very low.
We were lucky to have the low tide during the night but if you have it during the day, don’t get your hopes up to high, there will be no water to swim in at all.
The breakfast was OK, we had fruits, yogurt, vegetables, sausages, eggs, noodles, bead and cookies but I would not recommend All Inclusive because the restaurants on the island are really good and much cheaper and they all offer free taxi services. Just ask for a taxi and they will drive you to the hotel.
You can reach the restaurants by taking the hotel free shuttle or just take a 30-40 minutes walk along the beach, it’s worth it.
The staff was friendly and helpful and we had nothing to complain about.
The internet is not free but there is a mini market across the street which offers free WI-FI, just buy a bottle of water and ask for the password and you can use it on you own device.
I recommend this hotel, it was great!

My sister and I recently came back from a 12 day holiday at the Bali Tropic Resort in Nusa Dua. The hotel, the staff, the food, the gardens, the entertainment, everything was outstanding, beyond our expectations, enough to make us desire to go back next year. The hotel has kept its authenticity as a Balinese atmosphere, zen, peaceful and faithful to its culture. We were impressed by the fantastic cultural shows held a few times a week, not enough to our taste, we absolutely love gamelan and balinese shows. Some recommendations would be to supply cushions for all the beach chairs and safety vests should be available for all participants to the water sports before any tragedy happens. But all and all, we loved this hotel which does its upmost to please clients every minute. We thank the hotel and its staff for the wonderful stay at Bali Tropic Resort. Terima kasih. Suksma.

Room Tip : Ask for a room far from the road
Just back from Bali Tropic and Spa (7 days 6th Nov 2012 to 14Nov 2012). This hotel is awesome. The staff are very very friendly……nothing is too much trouble. Accommodation is clean and comfortable a good 4 star hotel will be coming back with family possibly August 2013. The only negative point is as All Inclusive Guest the room mini bar is additional extra. The 24hour cempaka restaurant is simply great facility. I would highly recommend this hotel and will surely be back.
