The 5 of us stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms. Rooms were small but clean, bathroom big, towels fresh, linens had some holes in them, amenties very basic, enough for a place to rest at night and get cleaned up.
Breakfast was simple and tasted fine, just get down early as things run out fast and they don’t replenish if they have reached their daily “quota”, even if there are guess who haven’t had their breakfast yet. Then again, you can always walk about 100 meters from the hotel and get a nice cup of coffee and pastries from Starbucks.
The swimming pool is small and is right next to all the breakfast tables.
Great central location if you want to walk up and down Legian and Kuta area, not so great if you want to drive, as the streets are small and crowded. Price was good, so nice choice for budget travelers.

The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The staff also very helping. The location is 100 m from the main road of kuta. The breakfast is very average : egg, bread, fried rice, fruits, orange, and apple juice. So overall this place is very recommended to stay when you go to bali with family or friends.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The first time I stayed was good because the hotel was fairly new. After several years, it becomes worst. No hot water, noisy, and the breakfast menu was cold. The rooms need repainting, toilettes in the room and wash basin do not function properly. The receptionist did not take the message when I asked to be picked up at the airport in Denpasar. Instead of admitting her mistake, she argued that I did not tell the flight number and the date of arrival.
Not recommended for westerners.
